Abreu Summit

The Agencia Abreu held another edition of the Abreu Summit at the Estoril Congress Center, bringing together its employees to review the past year and prepare for the year ahead.

Europalco was responsible for transforming the hall into a space for dinner and live performances. During the event, we faced the challenge of executing a stage change between performances, initially estimated to take one hour. However, thanks to the weel-based stage system, we managed to reduce this time to just 15 minutes, optimizing the process.

The event featured priting, customized furniture and carpets, full audiovisual services  and special effects such as sparks, confetti, and CO₂, creating a unique experience for all attendees.
