At Web Summit 2025, we once again showcased our expertise on one of the world’s biggest technology stages.
From the main stage — featuring light, video, sound, custom structures, and over 1,000 lighting fixtures — to two secondary stages in Pavilion 1 and all FIL stage structures, our audiovisual and technical teams ensured every detail was perfectly executed.
This year also marked the debut of 500 Pixel Light IPs and 20 LED walls spread across the venue, setting new standards for visual impact and innovation.
Beyond the stages, Europalco furnished the lounge and networking areas, as well as the entire Startup Lounge, with over 3,000 pieces of furniture from 100 different models, creating comfortable and inspiring spaces for connection.
With the support of 200 professionals and 40 trucks of equipment, Europalco helped bring to life another unforgettable edition of Web Summit — where technology, creativity, and teamwork came together.
