Shell Excellence Programme 2024

In a challenging event characterised by the various awards that have distinguished the excellence of Shell employees on a global level, we built a tailor-made project for this major ceremony.

The event welcomed more than 750 guests, who moved between 6 different venues: the Wizink Centre, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Meliá Madrid, El Edén Gastrobar and Finca in Toledo.

At the Wizink Center, the event's main venue, Europalco was responsible for all the customised production pieces - which included the 24 arches that went around the entire perimeter and large format prints. We implemented an out-of-format stage with catwalk, designed by our 3D Project department. In addition to all the event's audiovisual services, we also had an access tunnel to the space, as well as Europalco-labelled furniture.
The rest of the event venues had large format prints, personalised counters for guest check-in and printed screens.
