7th Congress Of Certified Accountants

It was the fourth time Europalco organized the Congress of the Order of Certified Accountants, held at the Altice Arena in Lisbon.

The seventh edition of the OCC congress brought together more than six thousand certified accountants to discuss current topics in the sector over three days. The event featured Europalco's signature touch, utilizing innovative techniques to make the event memorable for the audience, which included notable personalities such as the Minister of Finance, Fernando Medina, and the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.

It was a highly complex event, executed seamlessly by a well-prepared team of 72 experienced technicians who set up the event in just three days.

The congress showcased attractive setups, including a 50-meter by 14-meter giant screen and six Christie Boxer 4K30 projectors. To enhance the experience and create visual impact, a state-of-the-art Movecat Motion Expert-T III controller, suspended screens, and a holographic screen were used to project customized digital content. A Christie Spyder X80 processor was also used to run the content from Christie Pandoras Box media servers.

Europalco's services included audiovisual technologies, printing materials, stages, furniture, and decorations. Large printed banners marked the participants' arrival, who passed through a luminous tunnel from the reception to the main hall, designed to create an immersive transition environment. Inside the venue, participants used light-up bracelets, creating a light show during some entertainment performances.

After a day of lectures, speeches, and workshops, Europalco transformed the working space into a gala dinner, changing the room layout and incorporating new lighting, furniture, and decorations. An independent area with armchairs and functional tables was also created, and decorated screens featuring trees or sponsor logos were used to separate different spaces.
